Wireless calling on Glide

You can now call and text even without signal as Glide allows Wireless Calling on our network.

Wi-Fi calling is a service provided by mobile phone carriers that allows calls to take place over the internet, as opposed to on their 3G/4g networks. This is not the same type of connections as using WhatsApp, Skype, Viber, Facebook Messenger etc. If you are experiencing any problems using this service, please ensure you are using a phone set up for Wireless Calling and that you have the latest software installed on your phone. For further support, please first review your provider's self-help areas (example below):

Apple guide on Wi-Fi calling

Vodafone Wi-Fi calling guide

EE Wi-Fi calling guide (be aware EE Wi-Fi calling is for contract only)

If you would like to to discuss this further with a trained member of our Service Desk, please don't hesitate to get in touch using the form below or another contact method!
